HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
It’s easy to make a reservation on our platform. You can follow these three easy steps:
Visit our site and navigate to the “reserve now” page. You’ll be directed to a different page where you’ll be required to order by date.
Select the date of your event and the party start time. We will make a reservation based on the selected date and time, so ensure you provide accurate details. Additionally, we request to know the party end time so that we can come and collect our items once the party is over.
Select the items you want to reserve; water slides, bounce houses, tables & chairs, tents, large water slides, concessions, and add-ons.
Note: If you make a reservation on short notice, we request you to call our office and confirm your booking. We don’t want you to miss the fun on your special day.
We allow one-day rental for our equipment. The countdown is 8 hours from the time your party starts. For same-day orders, the latest pick-up time is 8 pm.
However, if you’re hosting an overnight party, it should be in a secure backyard. As much as we’re concerned about your enjoyment, the safety of our party rentals is also a priority. We will pick up our items between 7 am to 12 pm for overnight parties.
We want everyone at the party to have fun. Our inventory features a collection of water slides and inflatables in all sizes and shapes. So, whether it’s a child's birthday party or an all-inclusive event, we have the perfect inflatables to complete the fun and make your events memorable. Our collection features items like double lane USA water slides measuring 17 ft tall, 16ft wide, and 32 ft long. This is an excellent choice for children aged three and above. We also have a 16ft volcano water slide measuring 26ft in length, 13ft in width, and 16ft in height. Unfortunately parks do not have a water source. We do NOT provide the water. You Must Rent a Water slide near a water source that you have access to.

Once we arrive to set up there is absolutely NO REFUND.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
